Lepas (Anatifa) pectinata Spengler, 1793 is a common member of marine fouling in subtropical and tropical waters of the world's oceans. This article is the first record of this species from Peter the Great Bay, Sea of Japan. A total of 117 specimens collected from the southwestern coast and the islands of the bay in 2015-2020 have been examined. The finding of small individuals and the presence of nauplii in mantle cavities indicate that L. pectinata reproduces successfully in the Sea of Japan. Due to the increasing amount of man-made marine litter, as well as climatic and hydrological conditions, L. pectinata has become a seasonal adventive species in the fauna of Peter the Great Bay.

Key words: Peter the Great Bay, Far Eastern Marine Reserve, Lepas, adventive species, marine litter.
