Two new species of free-living marine nematodes of the order Enoplida were found in a mangrove forest near the mouth of the Yen River, Vietnam. Trissonchulus mangrovi sp. n. is morphologically close to T. janetae Inglis, 1961 but differs in its shorter tail, stoma, spicules, and gubernaculum, as well as in the shape of the gubernaculum. Anoplostoma orientalis sp. n. is morphologically close to the known species A. subulatum Gerlach, 1957 and A. sunderbanae Timm, 1967; however, it differs from both species in the structure of the male spicular apparatus. The new species are described and illustrated. Trissonchulus lichenii Nasira, Turpeenniemi, 2002 is transferred to the genus Dolicholaimus de Man, 1888: D. lichenii (Nasira, Turpeenniemi, 2002) comb. nov.
