This paper presents data on the taxonomic diversity of filamentous fungi associated with the phylloplane, rhizoplane, and rhizosphere of Zostera marina, as well as with the submarine soils in seagrass beds. Twenty-eight species of anamorphous fungi belonging to nine genera were found. A comparative analysis of the fungal assemblages was carried out, and the peculiarities of their zonal distribution in the Z. marina biotic environment were studied.

Key words: seagrass-associated fungi, filamentous fungi, Zostera marina, phylloplane, rhizoplane, rhizosphere, submarine soils.
