The first record of the bigmouth sculpin Ulca bolini (Pisces: Hemitripteridae) in the southeastern Sea of Okhotsk

The first capture of the bigmouth sculpin Ulca bolini (body length to the end of central caudal rays 60 cm, weight 7 kg, depth 280-300 m) in the Sea of Okhotsk at the southern Kuril Islands (Prostor Bay, Iturup Island) is reported.
